The Bay is Canada's pre-eminent department store chain. They hired Wolf to help position their brand as a fashion-forward style setter; no small task for a company that is older than the country of Canada itself. Part of the strategy was to also revitalize their then moribund web presence. Working closely with the Toronto agency team, we created an entirely new marketing presence online, in English and French, which was launched in sync with a multi-million dollar national ad campaign. We then maintained and updated the site until their e-commerce group could come online, and ultimately assume operational control.
